Full Itinerary

Day 1: Nepalgunj Arrival

-- Arrive Nepalgunj, Pickup from Nepalgunj Airport.

-- Transfer to Hotel in Nepalgunj.

-- Overnight in Nepalgunj.

Meal: Dinner at Nepalgunj Hotel

Day 2: Fly Simikot (2900m) and Acclimatization

-- After early morning breakfast fly from Nepalgunj to Simikot (1hr).

-- Arrive Simikot, Pickup from Simikot Airport.

-- Transfer to Hotel in Simikot.

-- Overnight at Simikot for most essential high-altitude acclimatization.

Meal: Breakfast at Nepalgunj / Simikot, Lunch and Dinner at Simikot

Day 3: Kailash Darshan Point

-- After early morning breakfast, Helicopter to Tumling Base camp (4267m).

-- After sometime fly to Lapchi (5120m).

-- Lapchi is the Kailash Darshan Point and Perform Puja.

-- After Puja fly back to Simikot.

-- Overnight at Simikot.

Day 4: Fly from Simikot to Nepalgunj

-- After early morning breakfast, fly from Simikot to Nepalgunj (around 1 hr).

-- Arrive Nepalgunj. At this time, we'll say our goodbyes and bid you farewell, armed with warm memories and gorgeous photos to show your loved ones.

Terms and Conditions:

The flights will be subjected to weather between Nepalgunj Simikot and Heli Shuttle between Simikot and Lapchi. The package cost includes only the air travel costs. Rest of the ground costs to be borne by the passengers/agents themselves.

Any untoward health hazard/complication in personal health during Heli darshan will be the passenger's sole responsibility and a declaration to this effect will have to be signed by the passenger/s prior to boarding the heli flight.

Full advance payment to be made at the time of booking. No credit as the logistics arrangement is capital intensive and has to be done in cash.

The booking amount of the helicopter flight will be refunded in full if the Heli-darshan service cannot be provided to the passengers owing to Mountain Helicopters in technical ability to conduct the flight apart from the weather conditions.

If the weather at Lapchi is not favorable (meaning Mt. Kailash not visible) then the passengers will be put on hold at Simikot.

If the weather at Lapchi is fair but Mt Kailash not visible and if passengers demand to go for a Heli tour then they can be flown to Lapchi and back to Simikot. In such a case, the Helicopter won't land at the Tumling Basecamp and 85% of the package cost will be charged per passenger for such a flight.

The helicopter is equipped with FAA-approved Oxygen for the passengers for emergencies only.

Any Passenger with high altitude sickness or hypoxia will not be flown to Lapchi for Darshan from the ground at Lapchi. Based on the review by the flight commander such a person may be given the opportunity of Darshan from air should the commander deems fit to do so.
